Remove
- Open all four doors and fully lower all windows.
- Move the front seats fully forward.
- Remove the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
- Partially remove the LH rear door seal.
- Remove the LH rear sill trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).

Remove the fasteners
securing the 60 seat frame to body.
Note5x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Bottom seat bolts located behind main carpet.

Fold down the 60 seatback
assembly.
CAUTIONDo not place any additional weight on the seatback. Doing so may damage the seat frame alignment tabs, which can cause unevenness between the 60 and 40 seatbacks.
- Remove the LH 2nd row seatback panel. See Back Panel – 2nd Row Seat – LH (Remove and Replace).

Remove the 2nd row 60 seat
assembly from vehicle and leave the seat folded down.
NoteRecommend assistance. Do not fold the seat up.
- Hold the 60 seat partially upwards with a hood prop but do not engage the seat lock.

Release the clip and remove
the center 2nd row inner B-cover.
Note1x push clip, If you need extra access then fold the seat up but do not lock seat in the upward position.
- Release the actuator cable from the 60 seat frame clip, and then lift the cable up and away from the seat frame latch to separate it.

Release the 60 seat recliner actuator connector.

Remove the screws (x2) that
attach the 60 seat back recliner actuator from the actuator pan.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
