  1. Open all four doors
  2. Lower all four windows
  3. Place vehicle in service mode with touchscreen

    Hold Tesla T icon at top of center display for four seconds and then type "service" into dialog box
  4. Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the pyrotechnic battery disconnect. See Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
  6. Disconnect fast charge contactor

    1x connector, Push on both side of connector to release tabs and pull upward
  7. Remove bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

  8. Remove bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar

  9. Release AC filter harness from tray

  11. Remove bolts securing FC positive outlet jumper

  12. Remove FC positive outlet jumper from ancillary bay
  13. Position FC positive outlet jumper onto ancillary bay
  14. Install bolts securing FC positive outlet jumper

  15. Perform Hioki measurement at the joint from FC positive outlet jumper busbar to DC positive link busbar

  16. Install FC contactor cover

  17. Install bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar

  18. Install bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

  19. Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to positive DC inlet busbar

  20. Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

  21. Secure AC filter harness onto tray

  22. Connect fast charge contactor

    1x connector, Push on both side of connector to release tabs and pull upward
  23. Measure the voltage across the pyrotechnic battery disconnect mount points, and then install the pyrotechnic battery disconnect. See Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
  24. Install the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
  25. Exit Service Mode through UI

  26. Raise all four windows
  27. Close all four doors
