Open all four doors
Lower all four windows
Place vehicle in service mode with touchscreen

Note
Hold Tesla T icon at top of center display for four seconds and then type "service" into dialog box
Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
Remove the pyrotechnic battery disconnect. See Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
Disconnect fast charge contactor

Note
1x connector, Push on both side of connector to release tabs and pull upward
Remove bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

Note
1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal
Remove bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar

1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal
Release AC filter harness from tray

Remove FC contactor cover

3x securing tabs
Remove bolts securing FC positive outlet jumper

2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal
Remove FC positive outlet jumper from ancillary bay
Position FC positive outlet jumper onto ancillary bay
Install bolts securing FC positive outlet jumper

2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal
Perform Hioki measurement at the joint from FC positive outlet jumper busbar to DC positive link busbar

Note
1 HV joint, 60µΩ or less
Install FC contactor cover

Install bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar

Note
1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Install new bolt
Install bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Install new bolt
Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to positive DC inlet busbar

1x HV joint, 150µΩ or less
Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar

Secure AC filter harness onto tray

Connect fast charge contactor

Measure the voltage across the pyrotechnic battery disconnect mount points, and then install the pyrotechnic battery disconnect. See Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
Install the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
Exit Service Mode through UI

Note
Controls > Service Mode > Exit Service Mode
Raise all four windows
Close all four doors

Note
If 12V is powered up, Unlatch rear doors before closing
