Trim - B-Pillar - Lower - LH (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Move the driver seat forward.
  3. Remove the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Release the front portion of the 2nd row lower seat cushion.
  6. Release the clips (x2) that attach the front of the LH lower C-pillar trim to the vehicle, and then release the front edge of the trim.
  7. Remove the clips (x8) that attach the LH lower B-pillar trim to the vehicle, and then remove the trim from the vehicle.
    Tip: Start by releasing the top edges of the trim, and then continue to release the remaining clips.

Install

  1. Position the LH lower B-pillar trim into the vehicle, and then secure the clips that attach the trim to the vehicle.

    Verify the top edges are seated properly and seals are positioned correctly.
  2. Secure the clips (x2) that attach the front of the LH lower C-pillar trim to the vehicle.

    Verify the seal is in the correct position.
  3. Secure the front of the 2nd row lower seat cushion.
  4. Install the LH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Move the driver seat to the original position.
  7. Close the LH front door.
