Note
The badge cannot be reinstalled if removed. If the badge is removed for any reason, it must be replaced with a new part.
  1. Cut a piece of fishing line about 24 in. long in length.
  2. Tie a slip knot to one handle at one end of the fishing line.
  3. Tie a slip knot to the other handle at the other end of the fishing line.
  4. Remove the LH CN badge from the rear trunk by moving the fishing line back and forth between the rear trunk and badge.

Install

  1. Use IPA wipes to clean all adhesive residue and debris from the surface and wait for about 1minute to let it dry.
  2. Open the rear trunk partially and install the badge fixture onto the rear trunk.
  3. Adhere the LH CN badge onto the rear trunk.
  4. Remove the clear front liner from the LH CN badge.

    Do not discard the clear front liner at this time.
  5. Remove the badge fixture from the rear trunk.
  6. Reapply the clear front liner to the badge to protect the surface.
  7. Use a seam roller to wipe off the adhesive residue and to fully adhere the LH CN badge to the rear trunk.
  8. Remove the clear front liner from the LH CN badge.
  9. Close the rear trunk.
