T1 (Original torque spec)

L (Distance from center of wrench grip to center of square drive tang)

E (Horizontal distance from center of square drive tang to center of fastener)

Note

If the angle from the extension to the torque wrench is greater than 90° (Figure 2), input E as a positive number.
If the angle from the extension to the torque wrench is less than 90° (Figure 3), input E as a negative number.
If the angle from the extension to the torque wrench is exactly 90°, this calculator is not needed. Torque the fastener to T1.
