Remove
- Remove the instrument panel carrier from the cross car beam. See IP Carrier (Remove and Install).

Peel the instrument panel NVH pad from the instrument panel carrier.
- Use IPA wipes to remove any remaining adhesive from the instrument panel carrier.
Install

Install a new NVH pad onto the instrument panel carrier.
- Install the instrument panel carrier. See IP Carrier (Remove and Install).
