Fascia - Front (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Remove the front fascia. See Fascia - Front (Remove and Install).

Disconnect the electrical
connectors (x8) for the front fascia harness.
NotePull the red tab on each connector to release the connector lock, and then disconnect the electrical connector.

Release the clips (x10) that
attach the front fascia electrical harness to the front fascia.
NoteThe numbers of clips may vary on HW4 vehicles.
- Remove the tow hook cover from the front fascia, and then remove the front fascia electrical harness from the fascia assembly.

Remove the screws that
attach the RH front turn signal/fog light to the front fascia.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket
- 4 in extension
- Use a trim tool to release the tabs (x4) that attach the RH front turn signal/fog light to the front fascia, and then remove the light from the front fascia.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the LH front turn signal/fog light.

Remove the screws that
attach the front fascia grille to the front fascia.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket
- 4 in extension
- Release the clips (x10) that attach the front fascia grille to the front fascia, and then remove grille from the fascia.
- On non-HW4 vehicles, release the clips that attach the parking sensors to the front fascia, and then remove the sensors (x6) from the fascia.

Remove the fasteners that
attach the front fascia valance to the front fascia, and then remove valance
from the fascia.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- 2 in extension
Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

Install the fasteners that
attach the front fascia valance to the front fascia.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- 2 in extension
- On non-HW4 vehicles, install the parking sensors (x6).
- Install the clips (x9) that attach the front fascia grille to the front fascia.

Install the screws that
attach the front fascia grille to the front fascia.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket
- 4 in extension
- Repeat step #GUID-87FD8D3D-05FF-471F-B2AC-EC4D65ED3E08__GUID-E9BE6EC7-028E-4618-83DA-5597D5A2723F through step #GUID-87FD8D3D-05FF-471F-B2AC-EC4D65ED3E08__GUID-240A15B3-5068-469A-9443-12352ED8B26F for the LH front turn signal/fog light.
- Install the tabs (x4) that attach the front turn signal/fog light to the front fascia.

Install the screws that
attach the front turn signal/fog light to the front fascia.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket
- 4 in extension

Install the clips (x10) that
attach the front fascia electrical harness to the front fascia.
NoteThe number of clips may vary on HW4 vehicles.
- On non-HW4 vehicles, connect the electrical connectors (x8) for the front fascia harness, and then engage the connector locks.
- Install the tow hook cover to the front fascia.
- Install the front fascia. See Fascia - Front (Remove and Install).
