Reservoir - Windshield Washer (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the LH and RH wiper arms. See Wiper Arms (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the cowl screen panel. See Panel - Cowl Screen (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the wiper motor. See Wiper Module (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the windshield washer system assembly. System - Windshield Washer (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the washer hose, washer pump and washer grommet from the reservoir.

    Note
    Inspect the washer pump grommet for damage and replace as necessary.
  7. Use a plastic trim tool to gently pry the washer level sensor from the washer assembly, and then remove the rubber grommet and sensor from the assembly..

  8. Remove the windshield washer reservoir.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
