Remove
- Open the LH front door and fully lower the LH front window.

Apply masking tape to the
area surrounding the LH lower rear door hinge on the body and door to aid in
alignment during installation.

Remove the bolts that attach
the LH lower rear door hinge to the body.24 Nm (17.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13mm swivel ball socket

Remove the bolt or nut that
attaches the LH lower rear door hinge to the door.49 Nm (36.1 lbs-ft)49 Nm (36.1 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13mm deep socket
- 6 in extension

Carefully remove the LH
lower rear door hinge from the vehicle.
Install

Use the alignment tape to
position the LH lower rear door hinge onto the body, and then hand tighten
the bolts that attach the hinge to the body.

Use the alignment tape to
position the LH lower rear door hinge onto the door, and then hand tighten
the bolt or nut that attaches the hinge to the door.

Tighten the bolt or nut that
attaches the LH lower rear door hinge to the door.49 Nm (36.1 lbs-ft)49 Nm (36.1 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13mm deep socket
- 6 in extension

Tighten the bolts that
attach the LH lower rear door hinge to the body.24 Nm (17.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13mm swivel ball socket
- Remove the masking tape from the door and body.

Apply touch up paint on the
LH hinge rear door bolts as needed.
NoteShake the touch up paint before applying. Allow the first coat to dry for 20 minutes before applying and second coat.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
