Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Place the vehicle into EPB Service Mode. See Parking Brake - Caliper - Rear - LH (Release).
- Remove the LH rear wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the
LH rear brake caliper to the LH rear brake caliper bracket.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 14 mm socket

Remove the LH rear caliper from the
assembly, and then support it with an S-hook in a secure location.

Remove the LH rear brake pads (x2)
from the LH rear brake caliper bracket.

Remove the LH rear brake caliper
bracket abutment clips (x4).

Remove and discard the bolts (x2) that
attach the LH rear brake caliper bracket to the LH rear knuckle, and then remove the
bracket from the knuckle.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx E18
Install

Position the LH rear brake caliper bracket to the LH rear knuckle, and then install
new bolts (x2) that attach the bracket to the knuckle.CAUTIONTo prevent damage to the flexible brake hose, make sure that the brake hose can bend forward and does not make contact with the wheel arch liner when the vehicle is lowered.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx E18

Install the LH rear brake caliper bracket abutment clips (x4).

Apply an even layer of Silaramic
lubricant to the top and bottom of the LH brake pad contact points.

Install the LH rear brake pads (x2) into the LH rear brake caliper bracket.

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH rear brake caliper to the LH rear brake
caliper bracket.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 14 mm socket
- Install the LH rear wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Press and hold the Park button to release EPB Service Mode.
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.

Perform a road test to ensure proper
brake pedal feel and performance.
