Sensor - Relative Humidity and Temperature (HW3) (Remove and Install)

Replace Graphene Block

  1. Prepare then put on an ESD wrist strap. See Electrostatic Discharge Tooling.
  2. Remove the graphene foam block from the temperature and humidity sensor.

    Note
    If needed, apply heat to area around the adhesive and gently lift the block up with tweezers.
  3. Use an IPA wipe to clean the area where the temperature and humidity sensor foam block will rest, and allow 1 minute dry time.
  4. Secure the foam block locator tool onto the temperature and humidity sensor.

    Align the datum with the board hole.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • M3 THS Foam Fixture - 1727102-00-A
  5. Use tweeters to install a new graphene foam block (1110914-00-D) onto the temperature and humidity sensor.

  6. Remove the ESD wrist strap.
