Actuator - Recliner - 2nd Row - 20 (Remove & Replace)

Remove

  1. Open all doors and lower all windows.
  2. Move both front seats forward.
  3. Remove the 2nd row center headrest guide lock. See Guide Lock - Headrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the 2nd row center headrest adjustment guide. See Adjustment Guide - Headrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the 2nd row center seat lumbar bun. See Lumbar Bun - 2nd Row - Center/20 (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the plastic bracket from the 2nd row center/20 seat back.
  7. Remove the tapes and release the wiring harness from the clip on the center/20 seat back.
  8. Remove the 2nd row armrest. See Armrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the 2nd row armrest closeout. See Closeout - Armrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  10. Release the 2nd row center/20 latch actuator cable from the clips (x2) on the latch.

Install

  1. Install the 2nd row center/20 latch actuator cable to the clips (x2) on the latch.
  2. Install the 2nd row armrest closeout. See Closeout - Armrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  3. Install the 2nd row armrest. See Armrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the wiring harness to the clip on the center/20 seat back, and apply tape to secure.
  5. Install the plastic bracket to the 2nd row center/20 seat back.
  6. Install the 2nd row center seat lumbar bun. See Lumbar Bun - 2nd Row - Center/20 (Remove and Replace).
  7. Install the 2nd row center headrest adjustment guide. See Adjustment Guide - Headrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  8. Install the 2nd row center headrest guide lock. See Guide Lock - Headrest - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  9. Raise the center 2nd row seatback to the upright position.
  10. Move the front seats to their original positions.
  11. Raise all windows and close all doors.
