Sensor - Pressure - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Open the LH rear door.
  3. Lower the LH rear window.
  4. Disconnect the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  5. Remove the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Disconnect the LH rear door pressure sensor electrical connector.

    CAUTION
    Do not push down on the red tab. Pull the red tab to disengage lock, and then pull again to release connector.
  7. Rotate the LH rear door pressure sensor counterclockwise, and then remove the sensor from the closeout panel.

Install

  1. Position the LH rear door pressure sensor on the closeout panel, and then rotate clockwise to attach the sensor to the closeout panel. Verify the sensor is locked in place.
  2. Connect the LH rear door pressure sensor electrical connector.

    Engage the locking tab.
  3. Install the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Connect the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  5. Raise the LH rear window.
  6. Close the LH rear door.
  7. Close the LH front door.
