Note
For instructions on how to update the firmware on the TPMS Wake Tool, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions. Tesla employees can refer here for the TT02 tool and here for the TT03 tool.
  1. Review the TPMS service tool profile.
  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
  3. In Toolbox, select the Actions tab, and search for "TPMS Sensor Learn".
  4. Select the PROC_TPMS_X_TPMS-SENSOR-LEARNSearch for routine in ToolboxTPMS Sensor Learn RoutineChassis / TPMS - Learn All IDsChassis / TPMS - Learn ID Action.
  5. Use the TPMS service tool to read and record the wheel sensors in the order displayed on the tool's screen.
  6. In Toolbox, enter the TPMS sensor ID for each wheel from the TPMS Tool into the TPMS Sensor Learn ID form.
  7. When the Sensor IDs for all 4 wheels have been entered into the Toolbox TPMS Sensor Learn ID form, click Run.

  8. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
