  48. Apply tape to exterior of both A-pillars to protect paint
  49. Cut length of square wire to use with T-handles

  50. Secure square wire into T-handle
  51. Secure wire to starter tool and push tool through urethane at lower RH side

  54. Use T-handles to cut urethane securing windshield to body

  55. Cut square wire and remove T-handles
  56. Attach suction cups to windshield
  57. Lift up to remove windshield from vehicle

  66. Draw a outline around the datums to assist in installation of new datums

  70. Clean all mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol

  78. Visually inspect the lip and edge seal

    Seal should be sitting against vehicle body and look even all the way through.

  80. Perform any net pad adjustments for windshield

  81. Wipe urethane path on vehicle with IPA to clean

    Ensure inside of glass is clean and smudge free near VIN plate as it won't be accessible once installed
  82. Apply urethane primer to windshield and vehicle body along old urethane path

    Make sure to add primer over any areas that were scratched during windshield removal, Allow primer to dry before applying urethane
  83. Prepare caulking gun and urethane

  84. Apply urethane to the windshield following the primer patch

  130. Set up the tripod so that the bottom of the target is 3 ft (90 cm) from the ground
  131. Place the target against the front fascia and centered on the T badge
  132. Ensure that the target is on flat ground by examining the bubble level on the back of the target
  133. Apply a piece of red tape on the target 130cm from the ground
  134. Release IP service panel
