1. Open all four doors
2. Lower all four windows
3. Move LH front seat forward
4. Move RH front seat forward
5. Release console back panel assembly
   Note

   7x clips, 6x datums

   

   

   

6. Remove console back panel assembly
   Note

   2x connectors, 2x Datums, Slide panel rearward to disengage from console assembly, Connector lock for lamp located underneath bracket, Connector may vary on build

   

   

   

   

   

7. Release LH and RH rear console carrier
   Note

   2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

   

   

8. Move LH front seat backward
9. Remove LH front floor mat
10. Remove LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips

    

    

11. Release LH toeboard lower bracket from center console
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

12. Move RH front seat backward
13. Remove RH front floor mat
14. Remove RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips

    

    

15. Release RH toeboard lower bracket from center console
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

16. Release center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors, 2x clips

    

17. Release LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

18. Recline LH front seat backrest
19. Recline RH front seat backrest
20. Open hood
    Note

    Select Controls > Frunk Open
21. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

22. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note

    8x clips

    

    

23. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection

    

    

    

24. Remove console assembly
    Note

    Lift at rear, rotate front from under IP and out passenger door, Take care not to scratch seats, IP or inner door panel, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

25. Install console assemby
    Note

    3x datums, Carefully maneuver front of assembly under and into IP carrier and lower rear into place, Align datums into IP carrier and engage forward, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

    

26. Secure LH toeboard lower bracket to center console
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

27. Secure RH toeboard lower bracket to center console
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

28. Secure center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors, 2x clips, Ensure all connector locks engaged

    

29. Secure LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

30. Install RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips

    

    

31. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

    

    

    

32. Install RH front floor mat
33. Move RH front seat forward
34. Install LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips

    

    

35. Install LH front floor mat
36. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    8x clips

    

    

37. Close hood
    Note

    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
38. Move LH front seat forward
39. Secure LH and RH rear console carrier
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

40. Install console back panel assembly
    Note

    2x connectors, 2x datums, Engage datums into console carrier slots, Connectors may vary on build

    

    

    

    

41. Secure console back panel assembly
    Note

    7x clips, 6x datums

    

    

    

42. Move RH front seat to original position
43. Move LH front seat to original position
44. Raise all four windows
45. Close all four doors
