Bracket - Front End Module (FEM) - RH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the RH headlight. See Headlight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Release the clip that attaches the air suspension intake line to the RH FEM bracket.
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the RH FEM bracket to the vehicle, and then slide the bracket rearward to remove it from the carrier.
    30 Nm (22.1 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • TP40 socket

Install

  1. Slide the RH FEM bracket forward to position it onto the carrier, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach it to the carrier.
    30 Nm (22.1 lbs-ft)

  2. Install the clip that attaches the air suspension intake line to the RH FEM bracket.
  3. Install the RH headlight. See Headlight - LH (Remove and Replace).
