Hose - HV Battery to 3 Way Valve (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Disconnect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Remove the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the front skidplate. See Skidplate - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Position a coolant drain container under the front of the vehicle.
- Release the clip, disconnect the 3 way valve to HV battery hose from the HV battery, then immediately plug both fittings.
- Release the clip, disconnect the 3 way valve to HV battery hose from the 3 way valve, then immediately plug both fittings.
- Remove the 3 way valve to HV battery hose.
Install

Remove the plugs, immediately connect the 3 way valve to HV battery hose to the 3 way
valve, then fasten the clip.
NotePerform a push-pull-push test on the fittings to make sure that they are secure.

battery, then fasten the clip.

- Clean the area and wipe off any residue.
- Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.
- Install the front skidplate. See Skidplate - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Connect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Perform the cooling system (partial refill and bleed) procedure. See Cooling System (Partial Refill and Bleed).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
