1. Open LH front door

   

2. Lower LH front window

   

3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

   

4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
   Note

   Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''

   

5. Turn wheel fully to the right

   

6. Open hood
   Note

   Select Controls > Frunk Open

   

   

7. Remove rear underhood apron
   Note

   8x clips

   

   

8. Remove LH underhood apron
   Note

   10x clips

   

   

9. Remove RH underhood apron
   Note

   10x clips

   

   

10. Remove front underhood apron
    Note

    7x clips

    

    

11. Remove bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

12. Remove push clips securing LH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note

    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

13. Remove bolt securing front fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

14. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

15. Turn wheel fully to the left

    

16. Remove push clips securing RH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note

    6x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

17. Remove bolt securing front fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

18. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

19. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection

    

    

    

20. Release front fascia valance from front aero shield
    Note

    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

21. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders

    

    

22. Disconnect front fascia harness
    Note

    2x connectors, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

23. Disconnect front camera washer hose
    Note

    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Unlock black tab then separate hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner

    

    

24. Release fascia from fender brackets and pull forward to remove from vehicle
    Note

    Set fascia on protected surface, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

25. Disconnect LH fascia lamp connector
    Note

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

26. Disconnect RH fascia lamp connector
    Note

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

27. Remove LV jumper wires from tow hook cover
    Note

    2x wires, Squeeze retaining tabs together and gently remove wires from cover

    

    

28. Disconnect front BLE assembly connector
    Note

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

29. Disconnect and release pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance

    

30. Remove tape securing fascia cam washer hose assembly from front fascia harness
    Note

    1x hose clip, 3x tape pieces

    

    

31. Release clips securing harness and remove from front fascia assembly
    Note

    10x clips, 1x coax fascia camera connector, 1x hose clip

    

    

    

    

    

32. Position and secure harness onto front fascia assembly
    Note

    10x clips, 1x coax fascia camera connector, 1x hose clip

    

    

    

    

    

33. Position fascia cam washer hose assembly onto front fascia harness and secure hose
    Note

    1x hose clip, 3x tape pieces, Apply electrical tape as needed

    

    

34. Install pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note

    1x connector, Engage locking tab, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance

    

35. Connect front BLE assembly connector
    Note

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

36. Install LV jumper wires onto tow hook cover
    Note

    2x wires, Ensure both wire terminals are fully seated behind retaining tabs

    

    

37. Connect LH fascia lamp connector
    Note

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

38. Connect RH fascia lamp connector
    Note

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

39. Install front fascia onto vehicle and secure fascia to fender brackets
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Route fascia harness while installing, Verify front fascia valance sits under front aero shield before proceeding

    

    

    

40. Connect front fascia harness
    Note

    1x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

41. Connect front camera washer hose
    Note

    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Lock black tab hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner

    

    

42. Remove masking tape from front fenders

    

    

43. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure front fascia valance to front aero shield
    Note

    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Insert valance datums into aero shield holes, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

    

44. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

45. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note

    6x push clips

    

    

46. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

    

    

    

47. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

48. Turn wheel fully to the right

    

49. Install bolt securing fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

50. Install push clips securing LH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note

    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips

    

    

51. Install bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

52. Install front underhood apron
    Note

    7x clips

    

    

53. Install RH underhood apron
    Note

    10x clips

    

    

54. Install LH underhood apron
    Note

    10x clips

    

    

55. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    8x clips

    

    

56. Close hood
    Note

    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood

    

    

57. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

58. Turn steering wheel back to center

    

59. Remove air suspension from Jack Mode
    Note

    Select Controls > Service > Jack Mode

    

60. Raise LH front window

    

61. Close LH front door
    Note

    Close doors
