Coat Hook - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Move the driver seat fully forward.
- Open the LH rear door.
- Remove the LH upper B-pillar trim. See Trim - B-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).

Push open the LH rear coat hook.

Pry open to release the tabs (x2) that
attach the rear coat hook screw cover.

Remove the rear coat hook screw.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 bit
- Open the liftgate.
- Remove the rear trunk parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
- Fold down the LH rear seat.
- Remove the LH 2nd row seat outer bolster. See Bolster - Outer - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).

Release the clips (x4) that attach the
LH lower C-pillar trim to the mid C-pillar trim.
- Remove the LH mid C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH upper C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).

Remove the bolt that attaches the LH
rear corner of the headliner to the body.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Release the clips (x7) that attach the
LH rear corner of the headliner to the body.
NoteHeadliner is being supported by tethers along roof rail. Push upward and inward to release the hook on the coat hook assembly from the body.

Release the coat hook tether clip from
the body.

Release the tabs (x4) that attach the
coat hook bezel to the headliner.
NotePry the tab from the top front corner first for best results.NoteUse non-marring tool to prevent damage to the headliner.

Disconnect the electrical connector to
the rear coat hook.

Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the
rear coat hook to the headliner, and then remove the coat hook from the vehicle.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
Install

Install the bolts (x4) that attach the
rear coat hook to the headliner as follows:Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit

Connect the rear coat hook electrical
connector.

Secure the tabs (x4) that attach the
coat hook bezel to the headliner.

Secure the clips (x9) that attach the
LH rear corner of the headliner to the body.
NotePush the rear coat hook upward and outward to secure the hooks to the body flange at the top of the coat hook assembly.

Install the bolt that attaches the
rear corner of the headliner to the body.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Install the LH upper C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH mid C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).

Secure the clips (x4) that attach the
LH lower C-pillar trim to the mid C-pillar trim.
- Install the LH 2nd row seat outer bolster. See Bolster - Outer - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Put the LH rear seat in the upright position .
- Install the rear trunk parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
- Close the liftgate.
- Install the LH upper B-pillar trim. See Trim - B-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Close the LH rear door.
- Move the driver seat back to its original position.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
