Noise Absorber - Motor Bay - Rear (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the rear subframe assembly. See or Subframe Assembly - Rear (Plaid) (Remove and Install).
  2. Release the brake line from the clips (x4) in the rear motor bay.
  3. Release the rear motor bay brake line clips (x4) from the vehicle body.

    Note
    Rotate counterclockwise to aid in removal.
  4. Release the clips (x6) that attach the rear motor bay noise absorber to body.
  5. Remove the rear motor bay noise absorber from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Install the clips (x6) that attach the rear motor bay noise absorber to the body.
  2. Secure the brake lines clips (x4) in the rear motor bay.
  3. Secure the rear motor bay brake line clips (x4) to the body.
  4. Install the rear subframe assembly. See or Subframe Assembly - Rear (Plaid) (Remove and Install).
