Harness - Body Side - LH (2025+) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open all four doors
  2. Lower all four windows
  3. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
    Note
    Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''
  4. Open hood
    Note
    Via Controls > Frunk Open
  5. Open liftgate through UI
    Note
    Using center display touchscreen > Quick Controls > Trunk Open
  6. Remove LH front floor mat
  7. Move LH front seat forward
  8. Release LH front seat belt from pretensioner
    Note
    Unlock the linkage by rotating the lock screw counterclockwiseA light audible click will be heard, and the screw should remain horizontalDo not rotate clockwise to avoid damage to the mechanism
  9. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to floor panel
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal
  10. Move LH front seat backward
  11. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to floor panel
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal
  12. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    Note
    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
  13. Fold 60 seat into down position
    Note
    Seat can be folded from the backrest button or trunk switch, If seat cushion is not present, protect the seat as required
  14. Remove RH front floor mat
  15. Move RH front seat forward
  16. Remove bolts securing rear of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal
  17. Move RH front seat backward
  18. Remove bolts securing front of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal
  19. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal
    Note
    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
  20. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note
    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
  21. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  22. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note
    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection
  23. Position LH seat to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect body harness from seat controller
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x clip, Release red locking tab on black connector
  24. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Note
    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components
  25. Remove RH first row seat risers from cabin floor
    Note
    2x risers, 2x clips per riser
  26. Remove LH mid A-pillar trim
    Note
    1x clip, 2x tabs
  27. Remove LH lower A-pillar trim
    Note
    7x clips
  28. Remove RH footwell cover
    Note
    3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums
  29. Remove LH console side carpet
    Note
    11x clips
  30. Remove fasteners securing LH knee air bag assembly to vehicle
    Note
    2x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Discard after removal
  31. Remove LH knee air bag assembly from vehicle
    Note
    3x connectors, 1x clip, 6x tabs, Release 2x locking tab on airbag connector
  32. Fold LH front cabin carpet aside for full access
  33. Position RH seat to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect body harness from seat controller
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x clip, Release red locking tab on black connector
  34. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    Note
    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components
  35. Remove RH first row seat risers from cabin floor
    Note
    2x risers, 2x clips per riser
  36. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note
    1x clip, 2x tabs
  37. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note
    7x clips, Partially release seal if needed
  38. Remove RH footwell cover
    Note
    3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums
  39. Remove RH console side carpet
    Note
    11x clips
  40. Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access
  41. Release harness from RH footrest panel
    Note
    1x clip
  42. Remove RH footrest panel
    Note
    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  43. Remove RH side bolster trim
    Note
    1x clip, 1x tab, Start by releasing upper portion
  44. Remove LH side bolster trim
    Note
    1x clip, 1x tab, Start by releasing upper portion
  45. Remove 2nd row seat cushion assembly
    Note
    2x clips, 2x connectors, Disengage locking clips and lift up on seat cushion, Release connections, If 2nd row seats are folded down then fold up for time being
  46. Remove parcel shelf
  47. Remove trunk load floor
  48. Remove side load floor trim
  49. Remove trunk sill panel
    Note
    6x clips, 4x guidesCorners or bottom edge are good grabbing points for removal, Can use plastic trim tool or just your hands
  50. Remove rear wall trim
    Note
    4x push clips, 2x datums
  51. Remove LH trunk bracket assembly
    Note
    4x clips, 1x datum, Pull bracket straight up
  52. Remove trunk side wall trim
    Note
    3x Velcro strips
  53. Remove LH lower C-pillar trim
    Note
    8x clips
  54. Remove LH mid C-pillar trim
    Note
    3x clips
  55. Remove LH lower B-pillar
    Note
    6x clips, 2x datums, Release from upper trim and body
  56. Remove LH upper B-pillar
    Note
    7x clips, Release clips and route seatbelt through B-pillar, Be cautious not to separate the upper B-pillar, There are plastic welds near the center of trim holding upper and lower portion together
  57. Release LH upper C-pillar trim and move aside
    Note
    7x clips
  58. Disconnect LH side trunk trim
    Note
    2x connectors
  59. Remove LH trunk side trim
    Note
    6x clips
  60. Disconnect connectors for door harness and remove retainer clip from VC left
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x retainer clip
  61. Release IP harness connectors and clip by VC left
    Note
    1x locking connector, 1x lever connector, 1x clip, Disengage red locking tab, Disengage lever to release
  62. Release connector on VC left
    Note
    1x locking connector, Disengage red locking tab
  63. Disconnect J1/J2 X030A/B Body 1 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Release lock then remove
  64. Disconnect J4 X032 Body 3 Connector
    Note
    1x connector
  65. Disconnect J6/J7 X038A/B Body 5 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Release lock then remove
  66. Disconnect J5 X034 Body 4 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Release lock then remove
  67. Disconnect J3 X031 Body 2 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Release lock then remove
  68. Disconnect J8 X039 Body 6 Connector
    Note
    1x connector
  69. Remove LH upper A-pillar trim
    Note
    2x tethered clips, 1x clip, 1x connector, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove each tether from body side, Disconnect tweeter, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove
  70. Disconnect headliner harness at LH front A-pillar
    Note
    1x connector
  71. Release clips for A-pillar branch of LH side body harness
    Note
    4x clips, Release clips and route harness branch down
  72. Release LH body harness ground from lower A-pillar
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm
  73. Release LH body harness bracket from VC left and body
    Note
    3x clips
  74. Remove driver floor jumper air duct
    Note
    1x tab
  75. Disconnect LH body harness from brake switch
    Note
    1x connector
  76. Disconnect accelerator pedal connector
    Note
    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector
  77. Release LH body harness from pedal assembly
    Note
    1x harness clip
  78. Release clips securing LH body harness to driver footwell
    Note
    2x clips
  79. Remove LH toeboard bracket from vehicle
    Note
    2x bolts, E14, 9 Nm, 1x bolt 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x bolt 13mm, 20 Nm, Be cautious and do not damage nearby harness
  80. Release clips securing LH body harness under IP
    Note
    2x clips
  81. Disconnect RCM connectors
    Note
    2x connectors, Disconnect right connector first by swinging release arm up then disconnect left connector in same manner
  82. Release LH body harness connector and clip by passenger footwell area
    Note
    1x locking connector, 1x clip, Disengage red locking tab, Route harness back towards driver side
  83. Release LH body harness connectors and clip by passenger side center console
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x clip, Disengage locking tab, Route harness back towards driver side
  84. Disconnect RH body harness from LH body harness under RH front carpet
    Note
    3x connectors, Release red locking tabs
  85. Release clips securing LH body harness to passenger seat area
    Note
    4x clips, Route harness back towards driver side
  86. Release clips securing LH body harness to LH driver side area
    Note
    9x clips, Route any branches out as required
  87. Release B-pillar accelerometer connection
    Note
    1x connector, Disengage red tab and pull red tab outwards again to release
  88. Disconnect LH front retractor connectors
    Note
    2x connectors, 2x tabs per connector, Simultaneously disengage tabs on both sides of each connector to release housing
  89. Release LH body harness connector and clip to LH rear door
    Note
    1x connector, 1x clip, Route harness out from B-pillar
  90. Remove LH B-Pillar applique cover
    Note
    2x clips, 2x tabs, Use a plastic trim tool to release upper clips then slide downwards to release from bottom tabs secured to B-Pillar applique
  91. Remove bolts securing LH B-Pillar applique
    Note
    2x bolts, T25, 5 Nm
  92. Release LH B-pillar applique
    Note
    2x clips
  93. Remove LH B-Pillar applique
    Note
    2x connectors, Release red locking tab then release connector
  94. Release LH body harness clips to b-pillar
    Note
    5x clips, Route away as needed
  95. Release clips securing LH body harness to second row area
    Note
    5x clips
  96. Disconnect RH body harness from LH body harness under 2nd row cushion
    Note
    2x connectors, Release red locking tab
  97. Disconnect 2nd row LH seat belt buckle connector
    Note
    1x connector
  98. Release clips securing LH body harness for 2nd row seat belt buckle branch
    Note
    2x clips, Route branch out from under busbar
  99. Release LH C-pillar lower bottom BIW bracket
    Note
    1x harness clip, 2x clips
  100. Release LH C-pillar mid and lower BIW bracket
    Note
    3x clips
  101. Remove closeout panel for LH rear door latch assembly
    Note
    1x cover, Fold trim aside for access
  102. Disconnect LH rear door latch assembly
    Note
    1x connector, release locking tab
  103. Release LH body harness ground from C-pillar
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm
  104. Remove LH sun visor bracket cover
    Note
    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room
  105. Remove LH sun visor fastener
    Note
    1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room
  106. Remove LH sun visor from headliner area
    Note
    Fold sun visor to the closed and folded down position but do not latch in place
  107. Disconnect LH sun visor connector
    Note
    1x connector
  108. Push open LH coat hook
  109. Pry open LH coat hook screw cover
    Note
    2x tabs
  110. Remove LH coat hook screw
    Note
    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm
  111. Remove LH bolt securing rear headliner to body
    Note
    1x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm
  112. Partially release headliner from LH side body
    Note
    4x clips, 1x hook, 3x tether clips, Headliner will be supported by tethers when released, Push upward and inward to release hooks on the coat hook assemblies from the body
  113. Disconnect LH side curtain air bag connector
    Note
    1x connector, Pull back on tab to release connector from LH side curtain air bag assembly
  114. Release LH body harness clips to curtain airbag
    Note
    7x clips, Route harness away but take note of original routing as it will need to be re-routed correctly during install
  115. Release LH body harness clips to C-pillar area
    Note
    5x clips
  116. Release LH body harness connection from interim charge port ECU
    Note
    1x connector
  117. Release LH tail lamp connection
    Note
    1x connector
  118. Release clips securing LH body harness to LH trunk area
    Note
    4x clips, Take note of harness routing for install
  119. Remove push clips securing LH rear wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note
    4x push clips
  120. Remove screw securing rear fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x screw, T25, 5 Nm, Flex liner against tire
  121. Release LH rear fascia edge from fender bracket
    Note
    If required, protect with a towel to prevent marring
  122. Partially release diffuser at the LH rear
    Note
    4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  123. Release LH body harness connectors to rear subframe and chassis harness
    Note
    3x locking connectors, 3x clips, Disengage red locking tabs, Release connectors and clips, If it is required release connectors from clip and remove clips afterwards
  124. Release LH body harness clips for rear subframe branch
    Note
    2x clips
  125. Release LH body harness grommet from trunk and feed harness out
    Note
    1x grommet
  126. Remove LH body harness from vehicle
    Note
    Note original routing, Maneuver out any remaining branches and remove harness from vehicle, Route out behind busbar and retractor

Install

  1. Install LH body harness to vehicle
    Note
    Position harness for install, Route in behind retractor and busbar, Return to original routing
  2. Secure LH body harness grommet in trunk and feed harness in
    Note
    1x grommet
  3. Secure LH body harness clips for subframe and tow hitch branch
    Note
    2x clips
  4. Secure LH body harness connectors to rear subframe and chassis harness
    Note
    3x locking connectors, 3x clips, Secure clips and connections, Engage red locking tabs
  5. Secure the partially released diffuser at the LH rear
    Note
    4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  6. Secure LH rear fascia edge onto body
  7. Install bolt securing rear fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm
  8. Install push clips securing LH rear wheel arch liner to fascia
    Note
    5x push clips
  9. Fasten clips securing LH body harness to LH trunk area
    Note
    4x clips
  10. Secure LH tail tamp connection
    Note
    1x connector
  11. Secure LH body harness connection onto interim charge port ECU
    Note
    1x connector
  12. Secure LH body harness clips to C-pillar area
    Note
    5x clips
  13. Secure LH body harness clips to curtain airbag
    Note
    7x clips, Route harness in and return to original location, Secure all clips
  14. Connect LH side curtain air bag connector
    Note
    1x connector, Secure safety lock
  15. Release tether clips from LH roof body
    Note
    3x tether clips
  16. Secure LH tether clips to headliner
    Note
    3x clips, Listen for audible click when seated properly
  17. Release LH coat hook bracket from body
    Note
    1x bolt, T20, 1 Nm, 1x clip, Release bolt and tether and then release clip from body
  18. Secure LH coat hook bracket to headliner
    Note
    1x bolt, T20, 1 Nm, 3x tabs, Secure bolt and tether to bracket, Pivot bracket onto headliner tabs
  19. Install LH coat hook screw
    Note
    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm
  20. Close LH coat hook screw cover
    Note
    2x tabs
  21. Install partially release headliner to LH side body
    Note
    4x clips, 3x tether clips, 1x coat hook clip
  22. Install LH bolt securing rear headliner to body
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 3 Nm
  23. Connect LH sun visor connector
    Note
    1x connector
  24. Position LH sun visor onto headliner
    Note
    Route harness to prevent damage
  25. Install LH sun visor fastener
    Note
    1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm
  26. Install LH sun visor bracket cover
    Note
    4x clips
  27. Secure LH body harness ground onto C-pillar
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm
  28. Connect LH rear door latch assembly
    Note
    1x connector, secure locking tab
  29. Secure closeout panel for LH rear door latch assembly
    Note
    1x cover, Fold trim aside for access
  30. Secure LH C-pillar mid and lower BIW bracket
    Note
    3x clips
  31. Secure LH C-pillar lower bottom BIW bracket
    Note
    1x harness clip, 2x clips
  32. Fasten clips securing LH body harness for 2nd row seat belt buckle branch
    Note
    2x clips, Route branch under busbar
  33. Connect 2nd row LH seat belt buckle connector
    Note
    1x connector
  34. Connect RH body harness from LH body harness under 2nd row cushion
    Note
    2x connectors, Secure red locking tab
  35. Install clips securing LH body harness to second row area
    Note
    5x clips
  36. Secure LH body harness clips to B-pillar
    Note
    5x clips
  37. Clean surface area on B-Pillar and remove remaining butyl seal
    Note
    Allow 1 minute for dry time
  38. Clean LH B-Pillar applique
    Note
    Carefully remove remaining butyl seal from LH B-Pillar applique, Allow 1 minute for dry time
  39. Install foam tape to LH B-Pillar applique
  40. Install LH B-Pillar applique
    Note
    2x connectors, 2x clips,  Secure connector then engage red locking tab, Engage applique into clips
  41. Install screws securing LH B-Pillar applique
    Note
    2x screws, T25, 5 Nm
  42. Install LH B-Pillar applique cover
    Note
    2x clips, 2x tabs, Make sure all clips are fully seated, Secure bottom tabs onto LH B-Pillar applique then engage the upper clips
  43. Secure LH B-pillar seals to applique
    Note
    Use P-80 emulsion grease to assist with seal installation
  44. Secure LH body harness connector and clip to LH rear door
    Note
    1x connector, 1x clip, Tuck harness back into B-pillar
  45. Secure LH front retractor connectors
    Note
    2x connectors, 2x tabs per connector, Fully secure connectors, Verify they are properly seated
  46. Secure B-pillar accelerometer connection
    Note
    1x connector, Secure connector and fully engage red locking tab
  47. Install clips securing LH body harness to LH driver side area
    Note
    9x clips, Route branches as needed and secure clips, Use tooling to help secure clips as required
  48. Install clips securing LH body harness to passenger seat area
    Note
    4x clips, Route harness towards passenger side
  49. Connect RH body harness to LH body harness under RH front carpet
    Note
    3x connectors, Secure red locking tabs
  50. Secure LH body harness connectors and clip by passenger side center console
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x clip, Route harness back towards driver side, Secure locking tabs, Use tooling to help secure clip as required
  51. Release LH body harness connector and clip by passenger footwell area
    Note
    1x connector, 1x clip, Route harness back towards passenger side
  52. Install clips securing LH body harness beneath IP
    Note
    2x clips
  53. Connect RCM connectors
    Note
    2x connectors, Connect left connector first by aligning connector and swinging release arm down then align right connector and connect in same manner
  54. Install LH toeboard bracket to vehicle
    Note
    2x bolts, E14, 9 Nm, 1x bolt 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x bolt 13mm, 20 Nm, Be cautious and do not damage nearby harness
  55. Install clips securing LH body harness to driver footwell
    Note
    2x clips
  56. Secure LH body harness to pedal assembly
    Note
    1x harness clip
  57. Connect LH body harness to brake switch
    Note
    1x connector
  58. Connect accelerator pedal connector
    Note
    1x locking connector, Secure red locking tab
  59. Install driver floor jumper air duct
    Note
    1x tab
  60. Secure LH body harness bracket onto VC left and body
    Note
    3x clips
  61. Secure LH body harness ground onto lower A-pillar
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm
  62. Secure clips for A-pillar branch of LH side body harness
    Note
    4x clips, Secure clips and route harness up
  63. Connect headliner harness at LH front A-pillar
    Note
    1x connector
  64. Install LH upper A-pillar trim
    Note
    2x tethered clips, 1x clip, 1x connector, Slide bottom of trim along IP and speaker grill, attach each tether to body side, Set clips starting at the bottom and work up, Pull seal over trim
  65. Connect J8 X039 Body 6 Connector
    Note
    1x connector
  66. Connect J3 X031 Body 2 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock
  67. Connect J5 X034 Body 4 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock
  68. Connect J6/J7 X038A/B Body 5 connector
    Note
    1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock
  69. Connect J4 X032 Body 3 Connector
    Note
    1x connector
  70. Connect J1/J2 X030A/B Body 1 connector

    1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock
  71. Secure connector on VC left
    Note
    1x locking connector, Engage red locking tab
  72. Secure IP harness connectors and clip by VC left
    Note
    1x locking connector, 1x lever connector, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab, Engage lever to release
  73. Secure LH door harness connectors and clip from VC left
    Note
    2x connectors, 1x clip
  74. Install LH trunk side trim
    Note
    6x clips, 2x connectors
  75. Install LH upper C-pillar trim
    Note
    7x clips, Replace any damaged clips
  76. Install LH upper B-pillar
    Note
    7x clips, Route seatbelt through B-pillar, Replace any damaged or missing clips
  77. Install LH lower B-pillar
    Note
    6x clips, 2x datums, Align datums then engage all clips Replace any damaged or missing clips
  78. Install LH mid C-pillar trim
    Note
    3x clips, Replace any damaged clips
  79. Install LH lower C-pillar trim
    Note
    8x clips, Properly seat door seal
  80. Install trunk side wall trim
    Note
    3x Velcro strips
  81. Install LH trunk bracket assembly
    Note
    4x clips, 1 datum
  82. Install rear wall trim
    Note
    4x push clips, 2x datums
  83. Install trunk sill panel
    Note
    6x clips, 4x guides
  84. Install side load floor
  85. Install trunk load floor
  86. Install parcel shelf
  87. Install 2nd row seat cushion assembly
    Note
    2x clips, 2x connectors, Secure connections and slide seat belt buckles through seat cushion, Engage clips
  88. Install LH side bolster trim
    Note
    1x clip, 1x tab, Replace clip if damaged, Hook bottom portion and then secure the top
  89. Install RH side bolster trim
    Note
    1x clip, 1x tab, Replace clip if damaged, Hook bottom portion and then secure the top
  90. Install RH footrest panel
    Note
    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  91. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
    Note
    1x clip
  92. Fold RH front cabin carpet back into position
  93. Install RH console side carpet
    Note
    11x clips
  94. Install RH footwell cover
    Note
    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector
  95. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note
    7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  96. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note
    1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  97. Install RH first row seat risers to cabin floor
    Note
    2x risers, 2x clips per riser
  98. Install RH front seat into vehicle
    Note
    Recommend Assistance, If seat is being replaced take note of OCS module revision, as this will determine the way firmware is installed to vehicle. Be cautious to avoid damage to surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle, Gateway configuration update for cfg_frontSeattype is needed when replacing from 4876524-XX-B to 4876524-XX-C or newer 1st Row LHD RH Seat Assembly with 1st Row Mini-Tilt Motor Assembly
  99. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect RH side body harness to seat controller

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector
  100. Fold LH front cabin carpet back into position
  101. Install LH knee air bag assembly into vehicle
    Note
    1x clip, 3x connectors, 6x tabs, Hook tabs before fully seating, Use caution not to damage the connector/harness, Support the knee air bag while connecting the connectors
  102. Install fasteners securing LH knee air bag assembly to vehicle
    Note
    2x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Install new fasteners
  103. Install LH console side carpet
    Note
    11x clips
  104. Install LH footwell cover
    Note
    1x connector, 2x magnets
  105. Install LH lower A-pillar trim
    Note
    7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  106. Install LH mid A-pillar trim
    Note
    1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  107. Secure H front seat risers
    Note
    2x riser, 2x clips per riser
  108. Install LH front seat into vehicle
    Note

  109. Position seat to gain access below seat bottom and connect LH side body harness to seat controller

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector
  110. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note
    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated
  111. Install rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  112. Close hood
    Note
    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
  113. Move LH front seat forward
  114. Secure LH front seat belt
    Note
    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizontal position. If it is not, unlock the linkage per removal steps.Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heard, the screw should rotate to the locked position.Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensioner.Perform a pull test with at least 15 pounds of force
  115. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
  116. Move LH front seat backward
  117. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
  118. Move LH front seat to original position
  119. Install RH front floor mat
  120. Move RH front seat forward
  121. Secure RH front seat belt
    Note
    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizontal position.     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
  123. Move RH front seat backward
  124. Install bolts securing both RH front seat front tracks to vehicle
    Note
    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
  125. Move RH front seat to original position
  126. Install RH front floor mat
  127. Fold 60 seat into vertical position
    Note
    Remove seat cushion protection
  128. Close liftgate
  129. Set air suspension ride height to “Medium”
    Note
    Using center display, Controls > Suspension > ''Medium'
  130. Raise all four windows
  131. Close all four doors
