Function check LH front door
(exterior)
NoteInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check all windows from the
master switch
NoteCheck operation with door closed, Document any abnormal operation/noises

Function check LH rear door
(exterior)
NoteInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check RH rear door

Perform inspection of under hood
area
NotePerform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level

Inspect coolant level and top off as
necessary
NoteEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

Fill washer reservoir with fluid

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift
onto locks
NoteSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid

Perform inspection of front suspension
components
NoteCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

components

Inspect underside of battery for

Measure and record LH front tread

NoteRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Perform visual inspection of LH front

NotePerform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

Inspect LH front brake rotor

Install rear aero shield
Note16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle

Position rear aero shield
Note4x push clips
-
Secure front aero shield to
vehicle
Note9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts

Install front aero shield
Note5x push clips
-
Lower vehicle fully
NoteRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
-
Remove vehicle from lift
NoteLower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

Install frunk assembly
Note4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
-
Install frunk carpet
NoteVerify carpet is properly seated under the seal

Install frunk access panel
Note3x clips, 3x hooks, 1x connector

Install front underhood apron
Note7x clips
-
Install RH underhood apron
Note10x clips
-
Install LH underhood apron
Note10x clips

Install rear underhood apron
Note8x clips

Close hood
NotePress firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood

Perform a road test using a series of
ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
NoteThe vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present
-
Inspect vehicles alignment
NoteConfirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
