NVH Insulator - Floor - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Open the liftgate.
  4. Remove the rear trunk parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the rear wall rear trunk trim. See Trim - Rear Trunk - Rear Wall (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the side trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Side (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the LH trunk load floor bracket. See Bracket - Trunk Load Floor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the RH trunk load floor bracket. See Bracket - Trunk Load Floor - RH (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the trunk floor front trim. See Trim - Front - Floor - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the clips (x2) and guide pins (x2) that attach the trunk rear trim to the vehicle, and then remove the trim from the vehicle.
  12. Fold the rear motor bay insulator upwards, and then remove the the rear trunk floor NVH insulator from vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the rear trunk floor NVH insulator on the vehicle, verify proper fitment, and then fold the rear motor bay insulator downwards.
  2. Install the clips (x2) and guide pins (x2) that attach the trunk rear trim to the vehicle.
  3. Install the trunk floor front trim. See Trim - Front - Floor - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the RH trunk load floor bracket. See Bracket - Trunk Load Floor - RH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the LH trunk load floor bracket. See Bracket - Trunk Load Floor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Install the side trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Side (Remove and Replace).
  7. Install the rear wall rear trunk trim. See Trim - Rear Trunk - Rear Wall (Remove and Replace).
  8. Install the trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  9. Install the rear trunk parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  10. Close the liftgate.
  11. Raise the LH front window.
  12. Close the LH front door.
