  • 2026-09-02: Released new procedure.
  1. Open LH front door
  2. Lower LH front window
  3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
    Note
    Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''
  5. Turn wheel fully to right
  6. Open hood
    Note
    Via Controls > Frunk Open
  7. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  8. Remove LH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips, (*Use this step for Palladium S procedures)
  9. Remove RH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  10. Remove front underhood apron
    Note
    7x clips
  11. Remove bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note
    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  12. Remove push clips securing LH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note
    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire
  13. Remove bolt securing front fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  14. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  15. Turn wheel fully to left
  16. Remove push clips securing RH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note
    6x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire
  17. Remove bolt securing front fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  18. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note
    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
  19. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note
    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection
  20. Release front fascia valance from front aero shield
    Note
    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Do not remove 3x middle bolts
  21. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders
  22. Disconnect front fascia harness
    Note
    2x connectors, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect, Located behind RH wheel arch liner
  23. Disconnect and release pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note
    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance
  24. Disconnect front camera washer hose
    Note
    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Unlock black tab then separate hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner
  25. Release fascia from fender brackets and pull forward to remove from vehicle
    Note
    Set fascia on protected surface, Recommend assistance
  26. Remove clips securing valance to front fascia assembly
    Note
    8x push clips
  27. Remove valance from front fascia assembly
    Note
    2x nuts, 10mm, 3 Nm, Release LH and RH corners of valance from fascia
  28. Release front fascia harness from front fascia
    Note
    8x clips, 3x connectors, 1x water hose
  29. Secure front fascia harness to front fascia
    Note
    8x clips, 3x connectors, 1x water hose
  30. Install valance onto front fascia assembly
    Note
    2x nuts, 10mm, 3 Nm, Recommend assistance, Interlock valance tabs with fascia tabs, Clip in LH and RH corners of valance onto fascia
  31. Install clips that secure valance to front fascia assembly
    Note
    8x push clips, Hold fascia tabs flush with valance if necessary
  32. Install pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note
    1x connector, Engage locking tab, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance
  33. Install front fascia onto vehicle and secure fascia to fender brackets
    Note
    Recommend Assistance, Route fascia harness while installing, Verify front fascia valance sits under front aero shield before proceeding
  34. Connect front fascia harness
    Note
    1x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner
  35. Connect front camera washer hose
    Note
    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Lock black tab hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner
  36. Remove masking tape from front fenders
  37. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure front fascia valance to front aero shield
    Note
    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Insert valance datums into aero shield holes, Do not remove 3x middle bolts
  38. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  39. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note
    6x push clips
  40. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note
    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated
  41. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  42. Turn wheel fully to right
  43. Install bolt securing fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  44. Install push clips securing LH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note
    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips
  45. Install bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note
    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  46. Install front underhood apron
    Note
    7x clips
  47. Install RH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  48. Install LH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  49. Install rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  50. Close hood
    Note
    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
  51. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  52. Turn steering wheel back to center
  53. Raise LH front window
  54. Close LH front door
    Note

Remove

  1. Open LH front door
  2. Lower LH front window
  3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
    Note
    Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''
  5. Turn wheel fully to right
  6. Open hood
    Note
    Via Controls > Frunk Open
  7. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  8. Remove LH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips, (*Use this step for Palladium S procedures)
  9. Remove RH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  10. Remove front underhood apron
    Note
    7x clips
  11. Remove bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note
    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  12. Remove push clips securing LH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note
    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire
  13. Remove bolt securing front fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  14. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  15. Turn wheel fully to left
  16. Remove push clips securing RH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note
    6x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire
  17. Remove bolt securing front fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  18. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note
    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
  19. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note
    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection
  20. Release front fascia valance from front aero shield
    Note
    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Do not remove 3x middle bolts
  21. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders
  22. Disconnect front fascia harness
    Note
    2x connectors, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect, Located behind RH wheel arch liner
  23. Disconnect and release pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note
    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance
  24. Disconnect front camera washer hose
    Note
    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Unlock black tab then separate hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner
  25. Release fascia from fender brackets and pull forward to remove from vehicle
    Note
    Set fascia on protected surface, Recommend assistance
  26. Remove clips securing valance to front fascia assembly
    Note
    8x push clips
  27. Remove valance from front fascia assembly
    Note
    2x nuts, 10mm, 3 Nm, Release LH and RH corners of valance from fascia
  28. Release front fascia harness from front fascia
    Note
    8x clips, 3x connectors, 1x water hose
  29. Close LH front door
    Note

Install

  1. Secure front fascia harness to front fascia
    Note
    8x clips, 3x connectors, 1x water hose
  2. Install valance onto front fascia assembly
    Note
    2x nuts, 10mm, 3 Nm, Recommend assistance, Interlock valance tabs with fascia tabs, Clip in LH and RH corners of valance onto fascia
  3. Install clips that secure valance to front fascia assembly
    Note
    8x push clips, Hold fascia tabs flush with valance if necessary
  4. Install pedestrian warning speaker connector
    Note
    1x connector, Engage locking tab, 1x edge clip, Located on RH ride of front fascia valance
  5. Install front fascia onto vehicle and secure fascia to fender brackets
    Note
    Recommend Assistance, Route fascia harness while installing, Verify front fascia valance sits under front aero shield before proceeding
  6. Connect front fascia harness
    Note
    1x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner
  7. Connect front camera washer hose
    Note
    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Lock black tab hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner
  8. Remove masking tape from front fenders
  9. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure front fascia valance to front aero shield
    Note
    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Insert valance datums into aero shield holes, Do not remove 3x middle bolts
  10. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  11. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note
    6x push clips
  12. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note
    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated
  13. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  14. Turn wheel fully to right
  15. Install bolt securing fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
  16. Install push clips securing LH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note
    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips
  17. Install bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note
    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm
  18. Install front underhood apron
    Note
    7x clips
  19. Install RH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  20. Install LH underhood apron
    Note
    10x clips
  21. Install rear underhood apron
    Note
    8x clips
  22. Close hood
    Note
    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
  23. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
  24. Turn steering wheel back to center
  25. Raise LH front window
