1. Open LH front door

   

2. Lower LH front window

   

3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

   

4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
   Note

   Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''

   

5. Turn wheel fully to the right

   

6. Open hood
   Note

   Select Controls > Frunk Open

   

   

7. Remove rear underhood apron
   Note

   8x clips

   

   

8. Remove LH underhood apron
   Note

   10x clips

   

   

9. Remove RH underhood apron
   Note

   10x clips

   

   

10. Remove front underhood apron
    Note

    7x clips

    

    

11. Remove bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

12. Remove push clips securing LH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note

    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

13. Remove bolt securing front fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

14. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

15. Turn wheel fully to the left

    

16. Remove push clips securing RH front wheel arch liner to fascia and move to the side for access
    Note

    6x push clips, Shift bottom of liner down and flex top of liner against tire

    

    

    

17. Remove bolt securing front fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

18. Power off vehicle from center display
    Note

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

19. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection

    

    

    

20. Release front fascia valance from front aero shield
    Note

    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

21. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders

    

    

22. Disconnect front fascia harness
    Note

    2x connectors, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

23. Disconnect front camera washer hose
    Note

    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Unlock black tab then separate hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner

    

    

24. Release fascia from fender brackets and pull forward to remove from vehicle
    Note

    Set fascia on protected surface, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

25. Remove ankle catcher
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, Number of bolts may vary on new vehicles

    

    

26. Install ankle catcher
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, Number of bolts may vary on new vehicles

    

    

27. Install front fascia onto vehicle and secure fascia to fender brackets
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Route fascia harness while installing, Verify front fascia valance sits under front aero shield before proceeding

    

    

    

28. Connect front fascia harness
    Note

    1x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

29. Connect front camera washer hose
    Note

    1x quick connector, 1x clip, Lock black tab hose, Located behind LH wheel arch liner

    

    

30. Remove masking tape from front fenders

    

    

31. Apply Loctite 222 to fasteners and secure front fascia valance to front aero shield
    Note

    8x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x datums, Insert valance datums into aero shield holes, Do not remove 3x middle bolts

    

    

    

32. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

33. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note

    6x push clips

    

    

34. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

    

    

    

35. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

36. Turn wheel fully to the right

    

37. Install bolt securing fascia to LH fender bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

38. Install push clips securing LH front wheel liner to fascia
    Note

    1x bolt, T30, 2 Nm, 5x push clips

    

    

39. Install bolts securing fascia bracket to carrier
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

40. Install front underhood apron
    Note

    7x clips

    

    

41. Install RH underhood apron
    Note

    10x clips

    

    

42. Install LH underhood apron
    Note

    10x clips

    

    

43. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    8x clips

    

    

44. Close hood
    Note

    Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood

    

    

45. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

46. Turn steering wheel back to center

    

47. Remove air suspension from Jack Mode
    Note

    Select Controls > Service > Jack Mode

    

48. Raise LH front window

    

49. Close LH front door
    Note

    Close doors
