Switch - Hazard - Center Console (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open the RH front door and lower the RH front window.

Remove the phone dock assembly from the center console. See Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
NoteIt is not necessary to remove components from the phone dock assembly.

Remove the screws (x5) that attach the
center console hazard switch to the phone dock.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket

Release the clips (x3) that attach the
hazard switch to the phone dock, and then remove the switch from the assembly.
NoteRelease the clips, and then rotate out of the phone dock.
Install

Position the center console hazard
switch into the phone dock assembly, and then fasten the clips (x3) that attach the
switch to the assembly .
NoteRotate the hazard button into the phone dock by aligning the datums, and then fasten the clips (x3).

Install the screws (x5) that attach
the hazard switch to the phone dock assembly.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
NoteInspect the front of the phone dock to ensure that the hazard button module is flush to the phone dock. - Install the phone dock assembly into the center console. See Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
- Raise the RH front window and close the RH front door.
