Remove
- Remove the liftgate applique. See Applique - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the lower liftgate trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH and RH reverse light. See Light - Fog/Reverse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).

Disconnect the electrical connector
from the rear license plate light.

Release the push tab that attaches the
rear license plate lamp to the vehicle.
Install

Install the rear license plate light
to the vehicle.
NoteMake sure foam is positioned on the light prior to liftgate installation.

Connect the electrical connector to
the rear license plate light.
- Install the LH and RH reverse light. See Light - Fog/Reverse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the lower liftgate trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace).
- Install the liftgate applique. See Applique - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
