1. Open LH front door

   

2. Lower LH front window

   

3. Remove LH front door trim decor
   Note

   1x connector (if fitted), 1x hook, 7x clips, 3x datums, 2x retaining tabs, Release from front side then move rearward, Clips will be retained with door trim panel, Release connector from retaining tabs

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

4. Remove service covers and door reflector from LH front door panel
   Note

   3x covers

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

5. Remove bolts securing LH front door panel to door
   Note

   4x bolts, T30, 6 Nm

   

   

6. Remove LH front door panel
   Note

   1x handle cable, 1x connector, 7x clips, Carefully pry open the LH front door panel to access and remove connector and release cable before setting the door panel aside, Replace broken clips

   

   

   

   

   

7. Remove left over clip retainers from front door
   Note

   Number of retainers will vary with each removal

   

8. Install LH front door panel
   Note

   7x clips, 1x connector, Engage locking tab, 1x cable, Secure any retainers

   

   

   

9. Install bolts securing LH front door panel to door
   Note

   4x bolts, T30, 6 Nm

   

   

10. Install service covers and door reflector onto LH front door
    Note

    3x covers

    

    

    

11. Install LH front door decor
    Note

    1x connector, 1x hook, 7x clips, 3x datums, 2x retaining tabs, Slide hook into trim panel then fully seat, Secure connector onto retaining tabs

    

    

    

    

    

12. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODE-PLUSvia Toolbox: (link)
13. Run ODIN routine TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGBvia Toolbox: (link)
14. Remove diagnostic cable from port to disconnect toolbox 3.0 from vehicle

    

15. Reinstall software via UI
    Note

    Via Controls > Service Mode > Software Reinstall, Select Reinstall button at Software Reinstall dialogue box, Reinstall will begin immediately, Once firmware redeploy is complete, Verify release notes are present via UI

    

    

    

16. Select the clock on the center display, or go to the Software tab, then select install now to start firmware update
    Note

    Select Install Now, Tap count down timer until clock runs down to 0, Check the center display and ensure the firmware package is installing

    

    

    

17. Once firmware redeploy is complete, Verify release notes are present via UI
    Note

    If redeploy fails then error message will appear

    

18. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
19. Close LH front door
    Note

    Close doors

    

20. Check gap fitment of LH front door decor to IP decor
    Note

21. Close LH front door
    Note

22. Check gap fitment of LH front door decor to IP decor

23. Open LH front door

    

24. Raise LH front window

    

25. Close LH front door
