Duct - Under Floor to Rear Cabin (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open all four doors.
- Lower all four windows.
- Move the LH and RH front seats forward.
- Remove the center console lower rear panel. See Panel - Lower Rear - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the center console assembly. See Center Console Assembly (Remove and Replace).

Release the brush clip that attaches the under floor to rear cabin duct to the body, and then remove the duct from the vehicle.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Clip pry tool
Install

Position the under floor to rear cabin duct on the vehicle, and then install the brush clip that attaches the duct to the body.
NoteSlide the duct into the HVAC assembly and ensure the duct is fully seated.
- Install the center console assembly. See Center Console Assembly (Remove and Replace).
- Install the center console lower rear panel. See Panel - Lower Rear - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
- Move the LH and RH front seats to original position.
- Raise all four windows.
- Close all four doors.
