Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Remove the LH instrument panel end cap. See End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove and Replace)
  3. Remove the LH middle A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH front sill panel trim. See Trim - Sill Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the bolt and release the clips (x2) that attach the LH lower A-pillar trim to the vehicle, and then remove the trim from the vehicle.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • T25 socket

Install

  1. Position the LH lower A-pillar trim into the vehicle, and then install the bolt and secure the clips (x2) that attach the trim to the vehicle.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)

  2. Install the LH front sill panel trim. See Trim - Sill Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Install the LH middle A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the LH instrument panel end cap. See End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove and Replace)
  5. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
