Ambient Light LED Module - Door Panel - Front - LH (2025+) (Remove and Install)

Note
This procedure describes work that is specific to 2025+ Model X.

Remove

  1. Remove the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (2025+) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Unhook the NVH pad from the locating tabs (x4) and remove it from the LH front door panel.
  3. Disconnect the harness connector, release the harness from the guide, and then release the tabs (x2) and remove the front LH ambient light LED module.
    Note
    Carefully release the tabs then slide upwards.

Install

  1. Install the front LH ambient light LED module and secure the tabs (x2), and then secure the haness to the guide and connect the harness connector.
    Note
    Verify the module tabs are fully secured.
  2. Align the NVH pad with the door panel and hook the pad into the tabs (x4).
  3. Install the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (2025+) (Remove and Replace).
