- Open the LH front door and lower both front windows.
- Enable Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).

Run the routine using Service Mode or Toolbox: PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAINvia Service Mode:
- Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Start Thermal Fill/Drain
- Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
- Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Start Refrigerant Fill/Drain
- Drive Unit ➜ Front Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
- Drive Unit ➜ Rear Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain

Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the cooling fan module. See Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).

Release the locking clips (x2) that
attach the 12mm radiator to the cooling fan module, and then remove the 12mm radiator from
the vehicle.
NoteSlide the 12mm radiator downwards, and then upwards to remove from the vehicle.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Pliers needle nose long

Use a vacuum to clean debris from both
sides of the radiator.
NoteDo not damage fins of radiator.

Use a blow gun to clean both sides of
the radiator with compressed air.
NoteDo not damage fins of radiator.

Release the locking tabs (x4) that
attach the 21mm radiator to the cooling fan module, and then remove the 21mm radiator from
the cooling fan module.
NotePush the 21mm radiator away from the cooling fan module while releasing each locking tab.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Small flat head screwdriver

Position the 21mm radiator on the
cooling fan module, and then install the locking tabs (x4) that attach the 21mm radiator
to the cooling fan module.
NoteAlign the 21mm radiator locking tabs with the cooling fan module, and then press the 21mm radiator on the cooling fan module to engage the locking tabs.

Position the 12mm radiator on the
vehicle, and then install the locking clips (x2) that attach the 12mm radiator to the
cooling fan module.
NoteEnsure the 12mm radiator aligning guides (x2) and locking tabs are positioned correctly, and then push the 12mm radiator downwards to engage the locking tabs.

Install the cooling fan module. See Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
NoteAfter removing the coolant bottle cap, perform the cooling system vacuum refill (See Cooling System (Vacuum Refill)), then return to the cooling fan module procedure to complete the remaining steps.
- Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).

- Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.

Calibrate LH and RH falcon wing doors from center display: touch , then hold on Calibrate Doors until doors
cycle.
- Turn steering wheel back to center.
- Exit Service Mode Plus. See Service Mode Plus.
- Raise both front windows and close the LH front door.
- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
