1. Open all four doors

   

2. Lower the LH front window.
3. Move LH front seat forward

   

4. Move the RH front seat forward.
5. Release console back panel assembly
   Note

   6x clips, 7x datums, Disengage bottom clips last and pull rearward due to alignment

   

   

6. Remove console back panel assembly
   Note

   1x connector, Connector lock for lamp located underneath bracket

   

   

7. Release LH and RH rear console carrier
   Note

   2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

   

   

   

   

8. Remove center console rear cupholder assembly screws
   Note

   6x screws, T20, 1 Nm

   

   

9. Release center console rear cupholder assembly
   Note

   3x clips, 2x datums, Pull straight down at rear of assembly and rotate datums out of center console lower frame

   

   

10. Remove center console rear cupholder assembly
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

11. Move the RH front seat backward.
12. Move the LH front seat backward.
13. Release phone dock
    Note

    4x clips, 2x datums, Pull up at bottom and swing out from under instrument panel

    

    

14. Remove phone dock
    Note

    3x connectors, 1x clip, Take caution to release connector locks before pulling straight out of each socket to avoid damage

    

    

15. Release IP service panel
    Note

    4x tabs, 2x datums

    

    

    

16. Release diagnostic and CAN harnesses from IP service panel
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

17. Remove IP service panel
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

18. Remove LH front floor mat

    

19. Remove LH outboard footwell cover
    Note

    2x magnets, 2x datums

    

    

20. Remove LH inboard footwell cover
    Note

    1x cover, 1x clip, 1x datum, 1x screw, 8 mm, 1 Nm

    

    

    

21. Remove LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

22. Release LH center console lower bracket from IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

23. Remove RH front floor mat

    

24. Remove RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

    

    

25. Remove RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

26. Release RH center console lower bracket from IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

27. Release center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors

    

    

28. Release LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

29. Recline LH front seat backrest

    

30. Recline RH front seat backrest

    

31. Remove console assembly
    Note

    Lift at rear, rotate front from under IP and out passenger door, Take care not to scratch seats, IP or inner door panel, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

32. Remove LH console side panel
    Note

    17x clips

    

    

33. Install LH console side panel
    Note

    17x clips

    

    

34. Install console assembly
    Note

    3x datums, Carefully maneuver front of assembly under and into IP carrier and lower rear into place, Align datums into IP carrier and engage forward, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

    

35. Secure LH center console lower bracket to IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

36. Secure RH center console lower bracket to IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

37. Secure center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors, Ensure all connector locks engage

    

38. Secure LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

39. Install RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

40. Install RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

    

    

41. Install RH front floor mat

    

42. Install LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

43. Install LH inboard footwell cover
    Note

    1x cover, 1x clip, 1x datum, 1x screw, 8 mm, 1 Nm, Align datums and footwell vent before installing screw

    

    

    

    

44. Install LH outboard footwell cover
    Note

    2x magnets, 2x datums

    

    

45. Install LH front floor mat

    

46. Secure diagnostic and CAN harnesses to IP service panel
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

    

47. Install IP service panel
    Note

    4x tabs, 2 datums

    

    

48. Install phone dock connections
    Note

    3x connectors, 1x clip

    

    

49. Install phone dock
    Note

    2x datums, 4 tabs, Slide datums forward into IP and secure tabs down into center console

    

    

50. Move LH front seat forward

    

51. Raise LH front seat backrest

    

52. Move RH front seat forward

    

53. Raise RH front seat backrest

    

54. Install center console rear cupholder assembly
    Note

    1x connector

    

55. Secure center console rear cupholder assembly
    Note

    3x clips, 2x datums, Position datums and rotate assembly up into rear center console frame

    

    

    

56. Install center console rear cupholder assembly screws
    Note

    6x screws, T20, 1 Nm

    

    

57. Secure LH and RH rear console carrier
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

58. Install console back panel assembly
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

59. Secure console back panel assembly
    Note

    6x clips, 7x datums, Engage bottom clips first due to forward facing alignment

    

    

60. Move the RH front seat to its original position.
61. Move the LH front seat to its original position.
62. Raise the LH front window.
63. Close all four doors
