Remove

  1. Open the LH and RH front doors.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Move the driver and front passenger seats fully forward.
  4. Open the LH and RH rear doors.
  5. Fold down the LH and RH 2nd row seats.
  6. Open the liftgate.
  7. Remove the rear trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the front trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Front (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the trunk gap hider. See Gap Hider - Trunk (5 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the harpoon bracket to the vehicle.
    37 Nm (27.3 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 11 mm deep socket

Install

  1. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the harpoon bracket to the vehicle.
    37 Nm (27.3 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 11 mm deep socket
  2. Install the trunk gap hider. See Gap Hider - Trunk (5 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Install the front trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Front (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the rear trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  5. Fold the 2nd row seats into vertical (upright) position.
  6. Move the driver and front passenger seats back to their original position.
