1. Open the LH front door.
2. Lower both front windows.
3. Open the RH front door.
4. Move the RH front seat backward.
5. Open the hood.

   

6. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.

   

7. Remove the rear underhood apron.

   

   

8. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.

   

   

   

9. Remove RH footwell cover
   Note

   3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

   

   

10. Remove RH front floor mat

    

11. Remove RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

12. Remove RH IP end cap
    Note

    3x clips

    

13. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    2x clips, 3x datums, Release clips from upper A-pillar and IP sub assembly, Lift mid A-pillar trim out of lower A-pillar trim

    

    

    

14. Remove RH front door sill trim panel
    Note

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

15. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips, 1x datum

    

    

    

16. Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access

    

17. Release harness from RH footrest panel
    Note

    1x clip

    

18. Release RH footrest panel
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

19. Remove RH footrest panel
    Note

    Fold RH primary support carpet up, Rotate RH footrest panel out of vehicle

    

    

20. Disconnect ethernet jumper harness
    Note

    4x connectors

    

21. Connect ethernet jumper harness
    Note

    4x connectors

    

22. Install RH footrest panel
    Note

    Rotate RH footrest panel onto vehicle, Fold RH primary support carpet down

    

    

23. Secure RH footrest panel
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

24. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
    Note

    1x clip

    

25. Fold RH main carpet back into place

    

26. Install RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

27. Install RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

    

    

28. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips, 1x datum

    

    

29. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    2x clips, 3x datums, Verify weather seal is seated properly

    

    

    

30. Install RH IP end cap
    Note

    3x clips

    

31. Install RH front door sill trim panel
    Note

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

32. Install RH front floor mat

    

33. Connect the First Responder Loop and LV battery connector.

    

    

34. Install the rear underhood apron.

    

    

35. Close the hood.
36. Move the RH front seat to its original position.
37. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.

    

38. Close the RH front door.
39. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.

    

40. Raise both front windows.
41. Close the LH front door.
