  4. Move LH Monopost seat forward

  28. Raise LH 3rd row seat back into upright position
  29. Open charge port door
  30. Open the hood.
  31. Remove the rear underhood apron.
  32. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.
  33. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.
  34. Verify operation of multimeter

    Set multimeter to DC voltage, Confirm multimeter is properly measuring voltage by testing LV battery, Touch lightly and do not damage terminals
  35. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items
  36. Inspect HV insulating gloves

  37. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
  38. Verify there is no high voltage present at the charge port

    Make sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to B-, and B+ to Ground (use trunk striker as a ground for the isolation check) If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering,

    9x bolts, T40, 27 Nm, Use a T40 socket with 8mm wrench to loosen the lower 2 bolts to avoid removal of 3rd row seat frame, Then use hex bit ratchet to remove bolts fully, All other bolts can be removed with 1/4in. Dr. ratchet and 1/4in. Dr. T40 socket

  71. Clean DC FC header contact surface of residual Penetrox

  72. Position busbar assembly into vehicle for installation

  73. Apply Penetrox to backside of busbar leads

    Apply 2 drops of Penetrox A-13 about 5mm in diameter to either side of the hole on both leads, Spread evenly to verify the contact surface is fully covered
  74. Install HV connector onto DC FC header

  75. Install bolts securing HV connector to DC FC header

  76. Install busbar leads onto charge port assembly

  77. Inspect HV insulating gloves

  78. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
  79. Perform Hioki resistance test at each HV joint from HV busbar lead to charge port stud

    2x HV joints, Measure both joints at the highlighted locations, The acceptable resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.270 mΩ (270 μΩ).If the resistance is greater than 0.270 mΩ (270 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session. If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again. If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), Hioki test passed, proceed to next step.
  80. Perform Hioki resistance test at each HV joint from HV busbar lead to bolt head

    2x HV joints, Measure both joints at the highlighted locations, The acceptable resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ).If the resistance is greater than 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session. If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again. If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), Hioki test passed, proceed to next step
