  1. Open RH front door
  2. Lower RH front window
  3. Move RH front seat backward
  4. Remove RH front floor mat
  5. Remove RH footwell cover

  6. Remove RH console side carpet

  7. Remove screws securing 2R Bypass HVAC Actuator and remove from HVAC assembly

    2x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x datum
  8. Disconnect 2R Bypass HVAC Actuator connector and remove actuator from vehicle

    1x connector, 2x datums, Release harness from HVAC assembly
  9. Connect 2R Bypass HVAC Actuator connector

  10. Install screws securing 2R Bypass HVAC Actuator to HVAC assembly

    2x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm, 1x datum, Actuator is keyed to HVAC assembly, Ensure alignment before installing screws
  11. Install RH console side carpet

  13. Install RH front floor mat
  14. Release IP service panel

  15. Using laptop connect to vehicle with ethernet diag kit and Toolbox 3
  16. Select "Actions" and search for "Actuator"
  17. Select HVAC Case TestTEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-CASE-ACTUATORSGen3/tasks/TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-CASE-ACTUATORS Model3/tasks/TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-CASE-ACTUATORS Coriander/tasks/TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-CASE-ACTUATORSLow Voltage Controllers Low Voltage Controllers Low Voltage Controllers, click "Run", and allow routine to complete

  18. Disconnect Toolbox 3 from vehicle and remove laptop and ethernet diag kit
  19. Install IP service panel

    2x tabs, 4 datums, Slide forward engaging datums then secure tabs upward into IP
  20. Move RH front seat to original position
  21. Raise RH front window
  22. Close RH front door
