Escutcheon - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the LH 2nd row recliner lever. See Lever - Recliner - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the LH 2nd row recliner cover. See Cover - Recliner - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the LH 2nd row seat belt to the seat assembly.
    45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx Plus T45P socket
  4. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row seat belt escutcheon to the seat back, and then remove the escutcheon from the seat back.

    Note
    Carefully pry the escutcheon from the bottom to release it.

Install

  1. Feed the LH 2nd row seat belt through the LH 2nd row seat belt escutcheon, press the top portion of the escutcheon into the seat back, and then secure the clips (x2) that attach the escutcheon to the seat back.
  2. Install a new bolt that attaches the LH 2nd row seat belt to the seat assembly.
    45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)
