Firmware Reinstall - Touchscreen

- 2023-09-18: Updated to one procedure that can be performed regardless of contactor state.
- 2023-03-27: Revised software reinstall instructions. The most notable (but not the only) updates are as follows: Contactors closed - check for "VCFRONT_a402_LVBatteryCannotSupportVehicle" alert before initiating FW reinstallation. Contactors open - Check LV battery SoC and HV Battery BMS state before initiating the 2nd FW reinstallation.
Software Reinstall

Connect the LV maintainer to
the vehicle, but do not disconnect the LV battery. See LV Maintainer (Connect and Disconnect).
NoteIt is OK for the LV maintainer and LV battery to both be connected while performing this procedure.
- Enable Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
- In the Service Mode menu, touch Software Reinstall.
- Read the prompt, and then touch REINSTALL.
- Once the reinstallation is complete, check that the release notes appear on the touchscreen, indicating a successful reinstallation.
- Disconnect the LV maintainer from the vehicle. See LV Maintainer (Connect and Disconnect).
- Disable Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
