Remove LH front door sill trim panel

Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel

Secure upper portion of LH lower B-pillar to LH upper B-pillar

5x clips, Replace clips if damaged
Fully seat LH front door seal along LH B-pillar trims
Position LH upper A-pillar for installation
Install bolts securing LH upper A-pillar to body

2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x screw, T20, 2.5 Nm, 1x nyloc nut, 13mm, 5 Nm, Install new nut
Install LH sunvisor bezel

Note
6x clips, 5x tabs, Insert tabs and slide bezel towards rear of vehicle, then secure clips
Install front floor board onto vehicle

Install front cabin carpet onto vehicle

2x push clips, Position LH and RH sides of cabin carpet behind front sill trims
Install 1st row podium

4x bolts,13mm, 33 Nm, Install new patch bolts
Secure duct onto 1st row podium

Install 1st row podium seat riser carpet

Install center console HVAC duct

1x brush clip, Slide duct into HVAC assembly and ensure fully seated
Secure seat harness to inner seat riser on LH and RH sides

2x clips, Install inner inboard cover first then inner outboard cover, Be sure to route seat harness through inner outboard cover
Install 1st row podium LH inner seat riser trim covers

Install console assembly

3x datums, Carefully maneuver front of assembly under and into IP carrier and lower rear into place, Align datums into IP carrier and engage forward, Recommend assistance if needed
Secure LH center console lower bracket to IP carrier

Secure center console connectors to body harness

Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect LH side body harness to seat controller

Install trunk gap hider
Install flat trunk load floor

Close liftgate
Unfold the 60 seat assembly
Unfold the 40 seat assembly
Remove masking tape from the RH lower C-pillar and from the race tracks
Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector

2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage upper locking tab when fully seated
Install rear underhood apron

Close hood
Calibrate RH falcon wing door

Note
Hold the upper B-pillar button in the down position to manually calibrate
Move RH front seat forward
Secure RH front seat belt

Note
Ensure audible click is heard during install, perform pull test to confirm secure
Install bolts securing RH front seat rear tracks to vehicle

Note
2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
Move RH front seat backward
Install bolts securing both RH front seat front tracks to vehicle

Note
2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts
Move RH front seat to original position
Install RH front door sill trim panel

8x clips, 3x datums
Close RH front door
Calibrate LH falcon wing door

Note
Hold the upper B-pillar button in the down position to manually calibrate
Move LH front seat forward
Secure LH front seat belt

Note
Ensure audible click is heard during install, perform pull test to confirm secure
Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle

Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

Set air suspension ride height to "Standard"

Clear DAS Calibration

Via center display > Controls > Service > Camera Calibration, Select Clear Calibration, Verify calibration was cleared successfully, Wait for prompt to disappear automatically before continuing
Raise LH and RH front windows
Close LH front door
Vehicle will need to be driven by customer to complete the calibration procedure. During this time DAS functions will be completely unavailable
