LH Clevis Motor Mount and RH Bushing Carrier - Set (Remove and Replace)

Install

  1. Release bolts securing RHS bushing carrier and remove assembly
    Note
    4x bolts, EP20, 60 Nm + 50 Degrees, Verify FDU strap is secured properly, Recommend assistance to prevent unit from tilting
  2. Install RHS bushing carrier and secure bolts
    Note
    4x bolts, EP20, 60 Nm + 50, Verify FDU strap is secured properly, Recommend assistance to prevent unit from tilting, Torque bolts down in the sequence shown
  3. Remove bolts from LH FDU clevis mount to body
    Note
    2x bolts, E14, 65 Nm
  4. Release bolts securing clevis to LH motor mount assembly
    Note
    2x bolts, E14, 92 Nm
  5. Release bolts securing LH motor mount assembly to FDU
    Note
    3x bolts, E14, 35 Nm + 55 degrees
  6. Separate clevis mount from LH motor mount assembly
    Note
    2x bolts, E14, 92 Nm
  7. Install bolts securing LH motor mount assembly to FDU
    Note
    3x bolts, E14, 35 Nm + 55 degrees, Install bolts and perform final torque in the sequence shown
  8. Install the front drive unit. See Drive Unit - Front (Remove and Install).
