Applique - Rear Door - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Remove the LH rear door glass.Door Glass - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
- Remove the LH rear door speaker. See Speaker - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).

Partially release the LH rear door
fixed door glass seal from the LH front rear door applique.

Remove the screws (2) that attach the
LH front rear door applique to the LH rear door assembly.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T25 socket

Release the clips (x2) that attach the
LH front rear door applique to the LH rear door, and then remove the applique from the
door.
Install
-
Position the LH front rear door
applique onto the LH rear door, and then secure the clips (2) that attach the applique
to the door.

Install the screws (2) that attach the LH front rear door applique to the LH rear
door.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T25 socket

Install the LH rear door fixed door
glass seal onto the LH front rear door applique.

With assistance, carefully position
the LH rear door glass into the LH rear door, and then seat the glass into the rear clip
and forward brace.

Verify the LH rear door glass fitment,
and then torque the nut that secures the front of the glass to the regulator.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10mm socket

Connect the LH rear door speaker
electrical connector, position the speaker into the LH rear door, and then install the
screws (x4) that attach the speaker to the door.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T25 socket

Feed the door release cable through
the LH rear door closeout panel, and then secure the clip.
NoteLubricate the cable grommet to aid in installation.

Position the LH rear door window motor
onto the back of the closeout panel, and then secure the tabs that attach the motor to
the closeout panel.

Install the screws (x3) that attach the LH rear window motor to the LH rear door
closeout panel.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T30 socket

Install the screws (x10) that attach
the LH rear door closeout panel to the LH rear door.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket

Connect the LH falcon wing door
protection ECU electrical connector, and then engage the locking tab.

Connect the LH falcon wing door air
bag electrical connector, and then engage the orange locking tab.

Connect the electrical connectors (x2) to the LH falcon wing door module.
-
Install the clips (x7) that attach the
harnesses and connectors to the LH rear door closeout panel.

Install the LH rear door inner belt
seal.
- Connect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).

Calibrate the rear doors.
NoteIf the "Calibration Needed" message appears on the vehicle touchscreen, touch and hold Calibrate to calibrate the rear doors

Install the LH rear door outer belt
trim.
- Test that the LH rear window is functioning correctly.

Check the LH rear window fitment and
adjust as necessary.
NoteRefer to CVIS for latest specifications.
- Open the LH falcon wing door.
- Install the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
