Air Extractor - Rear - Inner - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the rear trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the trunk sill trim. See Trim - Sill - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  3. Release the push clips (x4) and clips (x2) that attach the rear wall load support.
  4. Remove the LH inner rear air extractor shroud. See Shroud - Air Extractor - Rear - Inner - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the trailer hitch cover. See Cover - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  6. Release the clips (x4) that attach the LH inner rear air extractor to body.

    Note
    Release the clips from the body by pressing inward.
  7. Remove the LH inner rear air extractor from the vehicle.

    Note
    Slide the extractor from behind the tow hitch on the right hand side.

Install

  1. Position the LH inner rear air extractor into the vehicle, insert the air extractor on the RH side of the trailer hitch, and then line the extractor up with the body.
  2. Secure the clips (x4) that attach the LH inner rear air extractor to the vehicle.

    Note
    Press firmly on the extractor and verify all points are properly installed.
  3. Install the trailer hitch cover. See Cover - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the LH inner rear air extractor shroud. See Shroud - Air Extractor - Rear - Inner - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Position the rear wall load floor support into the vehicle, and then install the clips (x6) that attach the support to the vehicle.
  6. Install the trunk sill trim. See Trim - Sill - Trunk (Remove and Replace).
  7. Install the rear trunk load floor. See Trunk Load Floor - Rear (Remove and Replace).
