Actuator - Duct - Floor - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open the RH front door.
- Move the front passenger seat rearward.
- Remove the RH front floor mat.
- Remove the passenger footwell cover. See Cover - Footwell - Passenger (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the RH center console side panel carpet. See Carpet - Side Panel - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace)

Disconnect the center console USB and
rear touchscreen electrical connectors.

Release the clips (x3) that attach the
center console harness to the instrument panel carrier and HVAC assembly.
NoteDatums (x2) located at the umbrella inline connection bracket to HVAC assembly.

Loosen the bolt that attaches the RH
center console lower bracket to the IP carrier.NoteLoosen the bolt enough to remove the 2nd row floor duct actuator.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Disconnect the 2nd row floor duct
actuator electrical connector.

Remove the screws (x2) that attach the
2nd row floor duct actuator to the vehicle, and then remove the actuator from the
vehicle.NoteTake note of the direction of the keyed socket upon removal.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
Install

Position the 2nd row floor duct actuator into the vehicle, and then install the
screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the vehicle.NoteNote the keyed socket angle upon installation matches the actuator.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket

Connect the 2nd row floor duct actuator electrical connector.

Tighten the bolt that attaches the RH center console lower bracket to the IP
carrier.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
NoteMake sure the bolt does not interfere with the actuator. -
Secure the clips (x3) that attach the
center console harness to the instrument panel carrier and HVAC assembly.
NoteDatums (x2) located at the umbrella inline connection bracket to HVAC assembly.

Connect the center console USB and
rear touchscreen electrical connectors.
- Install the RH center console side panel carpet. See Carpet - Side Panel - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace)
- Install the passenger footwell cover. See Cover - Footwell - Passenger (Remove and Replace).
- Install the RH front floor mat.
- Close the RH front door.
