Torque Specifications

Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the HV battery front access cover. See Cover - Front Access - HV Battery (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the power conversion system inlet tube to the HV battery front access cover and remove the tube from the cover.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 socket

Install

  1. Inspect the condition of the rubber seal on the power conversion system inlet tube, and replace if damaged.
  2. Install the power conversion system inlet tube to the HV battery front access cover, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the tube to the cover.
    3 Nm (2.2 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 socket
  3. Install the HV battery front access cover. See Cover - Front Access - HV Battery (Remove and Install).
