Actuator - Panel - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Remove the instrument panel sub-assembly. See Sub Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the driver instrument panel duct. See Duct - Instrument Panel - Driver (Remove and Replace).

Remove the screws (x2) that attach the
LH panel actuator to the HVAC assembly, and then release the actuator from the
assembly.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket

Disconnect the LH panel actuator
electrical connector, and then remove the actuator from the vehicle.
NoteTake note of the keyed actuator arm.
Install

Position the LH panel actuator into
the vehicle, and then connect the electrical connector.

Position the LH panel actuator into
the HVAC assembly, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the
assembly.NoteThe actuator is keyed to HVAC assembly. Align the actuator before installing the screws.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Install the driver instrument panel duct. See Duct - Instrument Panel - Driver (Remove and Replace).
- Install the instrument panel sub-assembly. See Sub Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
