- 2025-06-02: Released new procedure.
- Open the LH front door.
- Lower both front windows.

Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
-
Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
NoteVia center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''

Turn steering wheel fully to right
-
Open the hood.
-
Remove the rear underhood apron.
-
Remove the LH underhood apron.
-
Remove the RH underhood apron.
-
Remove the front underhood apron.
-
Remove bolts securing upper portion of front fascia
Note6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm
-
Remove fasteners securing LH front wheel liner to valence
Note1x bolt, T30, 1.5 Nm, 3x clips, Move front portion of wheel liner backwards to access fairing

Remove LH front wheel fairing from valence
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab
-
Partially remove front portion of LH front fender garnish
Note2x clips, 8x tabs, Careful to not damage dummy ultra sonic sensor when removing garnish

Remove bolt securing LH front of fascia to LH front fender
Note1x bolt, 8mm, 1.5 Nm
-
Disconnect fascia camera hose from washer pump
Note1x hose, Release locking tab to disconnect washer hose
-
Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
-
Turn steering wheel fully to left
-
Remove clips securing RH front wheel liner to valence
Note4x clips, Move front portion of wheel liner backwards to access fairing
-
Remove RH front wheel fairing from valence
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab
-
Partially remove front portion of RH front fender garnish
Note2x clips, 8x tabs, Careful to not damage dummy ultra sonic sensor when removing garnish

Remove bolt securing RH front of fascia to RH front fender
Note1x bolt, 8mm, 1.5 Nm
-
Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.
-
Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.
-
Disconnect front fascia assembly
Note2x connectors, Release locking tabs then disconnect, 1x nano nozzle
-
Remove fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence
Note3x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 2x clips
-
Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders
-
Remove front fascia assembly from vehicle
NoteRecommend assistance, Release fascia from LH and RH fender brackets, Careful not to damage the fender bracket when removing fascia, Place on protected surface to avoid damage

Disconnect front BLE
Note1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

Remove T badge carrier from front fascia
Note1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x tabs
-
Release front fascia V bar from front T badge carrier
Note4x clips
-
Remove front BLE from front T badge carrier
Note2x screws, T25, 3 Nm
-
Remove T badge from T badge carrier
Note2 screws, T25, 1.8 Nm
-
Install T badge onto T badge carrier
Note2 screws, T25, 1.8 Nm
-
Install front BLE onto T badge carrier
Note2 screws, T25, 3 Nm
-
Install front fascia V bar onto T badge carrier
Note4x clips
-
Install screws securing front fascia V bar onto T badge carrier
Note1x screw, T25, 3 Nm
-
Install T badge carrier onto front fascia assembly
Note1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x Tabs
-
Install T badge carrier onto front fascia assembly
Note1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x Tabs
-
Connect front BLE
Note1x connector, Engage locking tab
-
Install front fascia onto vehicle
NoteRecommend assistance, Slide LH and RH side of fascia into fenders, Careful not to damage the fender bracket when installing fascia
-
Remove masking tape from front fenders
-
Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
Note1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
-
Connect front fascia harness onto frunk harness
Note2x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner
-
Install RH front fender garnish
Note2x clips, 8x tabs, Secure from top to bottom of front bumper
-
Install RH front wheel fairing to valence
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm
-
Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner onto fascia
Note4x clips
-
Connect the First Responder Loop and LV battery connector.
-
Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
-
Turn steering wheel fully to right
-
Connect fascia camera hose to washer pump
Note1x hose, Secure locking tab
-
Install bolt securing fascia onto LH fender bracket
Note1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm
-
Install LH front fender garnish
Note2x clips, 8x tabs, Secure from top to bottom of front bumper
-
Install LH front wheel fairing to valence
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab
-
Install fasteners securing LH front wheel liner to valence
Note1x bolt, T30, 1.5 Nm, 3x clips
-
Install fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence
Note3x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 2x clips
-
Install bolts securing upper portion of front fascia
Note4x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, Ensure proper fascia-to-headlamp gap and flushness
-
Install the front underhood apron.
-
Install the LH underhood apron.
-
Install the RH underhood apron.
-
Install the rear underhood apron.
- Close the hood.
-
Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.
-
Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.
-
Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails
-
Turn steering wheel back to center
-
Set air suspension ride height to Medium
NoteUsing center display > Suspension > Medium/Standard
- Raise both front windows.
- Close the LH front door.
