Door Glass - Front - LH (Adjust)
Correction code 11010004 Adjustable FRT NOTE: This procedure uses an adjustable correction code. Use the correction code listed above and manually enter the actual amount of time spent performing this procedure. Do not stack correction codes unless explicitly told to do so. Procedure
- Remove the LH front door trim décor. See Decor - Trim - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH front door trim reflector. See Reflector - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).

Connect the window switch tool to the
LH front door harness and raise window fully
NoteConnect the door panel electrical connector x927 if the switch tool is not available

Release the bolts (x4) that attach the
LH front door module to the door.
NoteRelease the bolts enough to lower the LH front door module to gain access to the door mirror harness behind.

Loosen the nuts (x4) that attach the
regulator to the door, then use the combination wrench to hold the nut while turning the
hex screw to adjust glass inward and outward, repeat as necessary and torque the nuts
when finished.Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm combination wrench
- 3 mm hex
NoteDo not remove the bolts. - Install the bolts (x4) that attach the LH front door module to the door.

Check the flushness between the LH
front window and sill with a gap and flush tool.
NoteMeasure the 3 spots shown in the picture below. Refer to CVIS for current specifications, adjust the glass as necessary.

Remove the bolts (x8) that attach the
LH front door closeout panel to the door assembly.
Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket

Loosen the front and rear bolts that
attach the LH front window glass to the regulator, carefully slide the window forward
and backwards as needed.
NoteDo not remove the bolts.

Inspect the regulator for glass
splinters or other debris, and clean it if necessary.
CAUTIONDebris and splinters may damage or shatter the new door glass.

Check the flushness between the LH
front window and B-pillar applique with a gap and flush tool.
NoteMeasure the 3 spots shown in the picture below. Refer to CVIS for current specifications, adjust the glass as necessary.

Install the bolts (x8) that attach the
LH front door closeout panel to the door assembly.Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket
- Fully lower the LH front window and disconnect the window switch special tool.
- Install the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH front door trim reflector. See Reflector - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH front door trim décor. See Decor - Trim - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
- In Toolbox 3, click the Actions tab, type "Front Window Calibration" into the search field, click TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT-L_CALIBRATE-WINDOWSearch for routine in ToolboxFront Left Window Calibration, click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
- Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
