Harness - Front Fascia - Base (2025+) (Remove and Replace)

This procedure describes work that is specific to 2025+ Model X.

Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia assembly. See Fascia - Front - Upper (2025+) (Remove and Replace).

    Note
    No need to separate all the components from the front fascia.
  2. Disconnect the LH front fascia lamp connector.
  3. Disconnect the RH front fascia lamp connector.
  4. Remove the LV jumper wires (x2) from the access cover.

    Squeeze the retaining tabs together and gently remove the wires from the cover.
  5. Disconnect the front BLE connector.

    Do not push down on the red tab. Pull the red tab to disengage the lock, and then pull it again to release the connector.
  6. Disconnect the pedestrian warning connector.

  7. Disconnect the front fascia camera connector and the nozzle.
  8. Release the clips that attach the front fascia harness to the front fascia assembly.

Install

  1. Install the clips that attach the front fascia harness to the front fascia assembly.
  2. Connect the front fascia camera connector and the nozzle.
  3. Connect the pedestrian warning connector and engage the locking tab.
  4. Connect the front BLE connector and engage the locking tab.
  5. Install the LV jumper wires (x2) onto the access cover.

    Note
    Ensure both wire terminals are fully seated behind the retaining tabs.
  6. Connect the RH front fascia lamp connector.
  7. Connect the LH front fascia lamp connector.
  8. Install the front fascia assembly. See Fascia - Front - Upper (2025+) (Remove and Replace).
